EARS & SIGNS: Approximate Tariffs / Custom Fees $5-15 USD per item.
STANLEYS: Approximate Tariffs / Custom Fees $25-35 USD per item.
APPAREL: Ships from USA - no Tariffs / Custom Fees for USA & Canadian buyers.
International Locations (Outside of USA & Canada)
Please note: Local regulations will require taxes, additional duties or import fees to be collected upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
When will my order ship?
Currently our processing time is approximately 4 weeks for Ears & Signs.
Tumblers & Apparel processing time is approximately 2 weeks.
Sometimes we are able to complete and ship faster, which we will always strive for.
**Please note: Processing time is not included in shipping time. Shipping time is additional after processing.**

Apparel
Sweaters are made, fulfilled and shipped out of a different location.
Therefore, if purchasing two different category of products
(Ex. 1 pair of Ears & 1 Sweater),
two different shipping costs will be added together at checkout.
Sweatshirts will also arrive separately and at different times than the other products in your order.

Canada: Standard Shipping - approximately 4 - 10 business days
Express Shipping - approximately 2 - 3 business days
USA: Standard Shipping - approximately 5 - 11 business days
Express Shipping - approximately 3 - 4 business days
All Other International - approximately 6 - 8 business days
Apparel
Canada: Standard Shipping - approximately 10-15 business days
Express - approximately 5-7 business days
USA: Standard Shipping - approximately 5-7 business days
Express Shipping - approximately 4-5 business days
All Other International - approximately 6 - 8 business days
How does my order ship?
Shipping is through UPS and Canada Post for rural.
Where do you ship?
2026 We have expanded our shipping locations! We now ship to Canada, USA, Europe, Australia, Japan & South Korea. If your location is not listed, send us an email and we would be happy to provide a shipping quote.
How is my order packed for shipping?
All Ears and Signs are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in cardboard boxes to ensure safety.
Signs are also wrapped in bubble wrap for additional protection.
